The subject of the public contracts to be awarded in the DNS will be the supply of fuels specified in the tender documentation. Diesel will be delivered to the contractor's own storage facility with a maximum capacity of 32,000 litres. The tank is not equipped with a pumping device, and the supplier must be able to ensure the filling of this tank. The contractor does not divide the public contract in the DNS into individual categories. The expected period for invitations to tender is 8 times per year. The expected consumption of diesel is 190,000 litres per calendar year. Public contracts in the DNS will be awarded at irregular, previously undetermined intervals, which will depend mainly on the contractor's operational needs. The contractor does not commit to purchasing the specified quantity of diesel. The subject of each individual public contract to be awarded in the DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will be specified in each invitation to tender pursuant to Section 141 of the ZZVZ. The deadlines for the completion of the subject of each individual public contract to be awarded in the DNS will be set in each invitation to tender pursuant to Section 141 of the ZZVZ.
