Poland – Construction work – Zabudowa układu wysokosprawnej kogeneracji gazowej o mocy 1,202 MWt i 0,999 MWe w Ozimku

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled „Development of a high-efficiency gas cogeneration system with a capacity of 1,202 MWt and 0,999 MWe in Ozimki” – gas boiler house at Plac Wolności 8 in Ozimki. 2. The task involves the reconstruction and expansion of the existing gas boiler house building at Plac Wolności 8 in Ozimki, on plot no. 88/1, along with the installation of a cogeneration system with a thermal power of at least 1,15 MWt and an electrical power of 0,999 MWe as part of the adaptation of the existing facility and technical infrastructure to the requirements of an efficient district heating system, as well as the reconstruction of a section of the district heating network within plots no. 81/14 and 80/11 in Ozimki. The contract includes the execution of cogeneration works based on the documentation of the Contracting Authority, as well as the design and execution of the power output SN/nn within the framework of PFU „PFU_CHP_SN_nn_Ozimek_projekt_zamienny__v7__FINAL”, taking into account update no. 1 of the connection conditions WP/140803/2021/003R00 of 06.08.2026. In the electrical and AKPiA scope covered by PFU, the documentation based on the 2021 conditions has a reference character; the basis for execution is the documentation prepared by the Contractor in accordance with PFU and agreed with OSD. The scope in the direction of ST-OBIEKTY ends at the interface of field P4 RG-SN CHP. The construction of the RG-SN CHP – ST-OBIEKTY cable, the ST-OBIEKTY station, the works assigned to OSD and the dismantling of the existing SUW connection remain outside the scope of the Contractor. The dismantling of the SUW connection is carried out by the Contracting Authority within its own scope. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in part III SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, covering the design documentation, STWiORB, PFU and update no. 1 of the connection conditions of 06.08.2026. Design services within the scope of PFU are an element of the contract.
