1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the 400/110 kV Płock to connect new facilities to KSE. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Section II of the Functional – User SWZ Program. 3. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45000000-7 - Building construction works. 4. In all cases, the Contracting Authority, by referring to norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, allows equivalent solutions described, if they allow to achieve features or parameters no worse than those referred to. The above means that the contractor may apply solutions described by the Contracting Authority "or equivalent". 5. Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of substantive evidence, as referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
