The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) repair of the front facade 2) insulation of the attic ceiling, 3) insulation of the basement ceiling, 4) insulation of the courtyard facade, 5) replacement of window joinery, 6) roof repair, 7) execution of anti-moisture insulation of foundation walls, 8) execution of lighting in the basement and attic, 9) restoration of skirting boards and paving around the building, 10) design, execution, supply and installation of an "information board for residents" in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking investments in terms of information for residents" 11) design, execution, supply and installation of an "information board regarding the prize obtained" in accordance with the "Technical requirements for information boards".
