Poland – Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sports, culture, lodging and restaurants – Realizacja zadania pn.: „Rewitalizacja Parku Lisiniec w Częstochowie – III etap – Budowa strefy rekreacji Pacyfik w Parku Lisiniec”, polegającego na zaprojektowaniu i wykonaniu robót dla zadania prowadzonego w systemie „zaprojektuj i buduj”.

The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: "Revitalisation of Park Lisiniec in Częstochowa – Phase III – Construction of the Pacific Recreation Zone in Park Lisiniec", involving the design and execution of works for the task carried out in the "design and build" system. 1. The scope of the order includes the comprehensive execution of the task, including: • obtaining current maps for design purposes and carrying out necessary surveys; • detailed on-site verification of the conditions for executing the order; • carrying out inventory measurements (if necessary); • supplementing geological surveys of the ground substrate (if necessary); • obtaining all the technical conditions, opinions, permits, agreements and studies required by law and by separate regulations arising from legal acts, necessary for the preparation of the design documentation and for the implementation of the investment based on the prepared documentation; • preparing and obtaining all the necessary formal-legal documents, as well as appropriate opinions and agreements enabling the preparation of the design documentation, obtaining a building permit and the execution of construction works; • preparing multi-disciplinary design documentation – architectural and technical design; • consultations with the Contracting Authority at each stage of the preparation of the design documentation, regarding significant elements affecting the costs, function and architecture of the facility; • obtaining the Contracting Authority's acceptance of the functional and architectural solutions of the facility at each stage of the preparation of the documentation and before obtaining administrative decisions, including a building permit, which will be confirmed in writing by the Contract Engineer and the Contracting Authority; • transferring the proprietary rights to the design work carried out; • other works necessary for the execution of the order, including preparatory works for the preparation of the design documentation; • obtaining a building permit with a final clause, or notifying the construction works, depending on the scope of the documentation (phasing of works is allowed); • carrying out construction works on the basis of the prepared design documentation; • equipping the area with permanent elements, carrying out the required tests and surveys; • handing over to the Contracting Authority the facility ready for use, together with the design documentation and the post-construction documentation and all permits required by the relevant legal provisions, including the legally binding decision on the permit for use. 2. Scope of the investment: The aim of the planned investment is to revitalise the spatial-functional layout of part of Park Lisiniec in Częstochowa, while maintaining the main directions of the design work: • demolishing the existing storage-office buildings (with a now defunct catering function) and erecting a modern facility serving as a catering, office and technical facility for the part of the park covered by the design. At the same time, it is planned to erect an additional storage facility for storing water sports equipment; • giving a contemporary character by transforming the architectural form of the main alley leading into the park by the Bałtyk reservoir (ul. Kordeckiego) along with the modernisation of the Bałtyk reservoir embankment and equipping it with new functions (a permanent jetty for mooring water sports equipment, a paddling pool for children in the southern part); • modernisation of the parking infrastructure and access roads to it; • modernisation of the existing communication layout – reconstruction of existing routes and changing the flow of traffic on the main alley; • reconstruction and expansion of the park's lighting system to improve safety and increase the park's accessibility throughout the day. 3. The detailed scope of the works for the entire order is presented in the Functional-Use Programme (hereinafter: PFU), prepared by Studio V13, Aleja Armii Krajowej 53/124, 42-215 Częstochowa, constituting an annex to the SWZ.
