Poland – Diesel oil – Dostawa oleju napędowego w ilości ogólnej 4500m3 dla MZK sp. z o.o. w Opolu

The subject of this contract is the supply of 4500 m3 of engine oil in total for MZK sp. z o.o. in Opole. The deliveries include standard engine oil in a quantity of no less than 4000 m3 and engine oil with improved low-temperature properties in a quantity of up to 500 m3, for the supply of diesel engines in municipal transport buses, meeting the EURO V and EURO VI emission standards. The customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of standard engine oil purchased up to the total quantity in the event of a decrease in the customer's demand for engine oil with improved low-temperature properties. The total quantity of engine oil may be decreased or increased (type of option) during the term of the contract, in connection with the needs of the customer's company in the range of possible changes in the operation of the transport system (circumstances of exercising the option). The quantity changes will result in a change in the gross value of the order, which is the sum of the amounts indicated in § 6, paragraph 7 and 8 of the contract, to the value resulting from the right of option, but not more than +/- 20% of the total transaction value (maximum option value). In the event of quantity changes of engine oil, the unit prices given in § 6, paragraph 3 and 6 of the contract will not change.
