Poland – Furniture – Dostawa mebli biurowych i medycznych w związku z realizacją projektu pn. „Poprawa infrastruktury oraz rozwój opieki ambulatoryjnej i jednodniowej w Instytucie Matki i Dziecka” w ramach FEnIKS.

The subject of the contract is the supply of office and medical furniture in connection with the implementation of the project entitled "Improvement of infrastructure and development of outpatient and day care in the Institute of Mother and Child" within the framework of FEnIKS. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers, divided into 2 parts. The contracting authority does not envisage the awarding of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract are contained in the price list attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the subject of the contract description ("OPZ") attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - regarding part no. 2 and the draft contract attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4 May 2016, p. 1) ("GDPR"), we would like to inform you of the rules for processing personal data in the event that the contracting authority processes your personal data in connection with the conduct of the public procurement procedure. 2. The contracting authority processes your personal data for the following purposes: 1) conducting a public procurement procedure – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 9(2)(g) of the GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law; 2) verification of information on non-criminality within the framework of evidential means – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Article 10 of the GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law; 3) archiving of personal data – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 9(2)(j) of the GDPR in conjunction with the Act on the National Archival Resource and Archives; 4) establishing, pursuing or defending claims in connection with the conducted activity – on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest – proper management of the contracting authority's property, i.e. conducting an important public procurement procedure, guaranteeing the proper expenditure of public funds.
