The Thun branch of the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) regularly conducts procurement procedures for service, planning, construction management, and specialist planning mandates. To simplify and optimize the procurement process – both in the creation of tender documents and in the execution and management of the award procedures – it intends to conclude two framework agreements. The framework agreements are intended for the efficient and competitive awarding of specific services within the framework of mini-tenders among the respective award recipients. A maximum of five suppliers will be included in the framework agreement per lot. Framework Agreement Lot 1 covers Area Unit I (Canton of Bern), and Framework Agreement Lot 2 covers Area Unit III (Canton of Valais). The services include, in particular: · the preparation of tender documents for the procurement of planning services or services in accordance with BöB and VöB, · the technical and organizational support of the award procedures, · the answering of supplier questions, · the support in the evaluation of the offers, and · the preparation of the evaluation report. The suppliers must provide a pool of experienced project managers, which is supplemented by qualified specialists. The services are provided in German (Lots 1 and 2) or in French (Lot 2).
