Poland – Medical equipments – Postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzonego w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego o wartości powyżej 10 000 000 Euro na dostawę radiologicznego ramienia C dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi.

The subject of this order is the supply of a radiological C-arm for the Voivodship Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre named after M. Kopernika in Łódź. The subject matter is described in detail in the annex to this SWZ "Set of technical parameters, warranty conditions and service and training" – Annex No. 2 and the contract template – Annex No. 7. The subject supply is financed within the framework of the project entitled: "Strengthening the infrastructure potential of Specialised Oncological Treatment Centres (SOLO III) of the National Oncological Network" and the Contracting Authority's own funds. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the procurement procedure in the event that it does not obtain the necessary funds for the planned undertaking. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
