The subject of the present contract is the provision of licenses granting access to a digital platform for distance learning and training in the French language (hosting, maintenance and assistance) intended for non-French-speaking adult asylum seekers, registered or reclassified under the normal procedure, whether or not they are eligible for material reception conditions.
