The Swedish Defence Radio Establishment (FRA) invites tenders for a new business system, according to negotiated procedure in 2 steps. FRA currently uses the ERP business system delivered by Unit4. The system is installed at FRA, which is responsible for its ongoing operation and management. The requirement is for a business system that efficiently manages the authority's finances in accordance with applicable legislation in times of peace, crisis and war. With this procurement, FRA requests a system delivered on-premises. The procurement includes the implementation of the implementation, including completion of integrations, authority adaptations, establishment of production and test environments, and consultancy support during and after the introduction, training and maintenance/support. The functionality requested for the new system is a procurement module, functionality for translation and handling of paper and PDF invoices, supplier reconciliation, accounting, customer reconciliation, asset register, and budget and forecast. Functionality for time reporting, project and contract management may also be relevant. The project is estimated to start as early as April 2027 and the system is intended to be fully operational by 1 January 2029.
