Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_TWP_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Ersatzneubau HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

The building constructed in 1983 by the KJF in Eggenfelden houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Rupert School for pupils with intellectual disabilities (instruction and sports use), a heilpädagogische day centre, a pre-school preparatory facility and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to a cost-benefit analysis, and instead, it was decided to opt for a complete new build (replacement new build). The following are to be commissioned in the course of the step-by-step procurement: the performance phases 1-6 of the performance spectrum structural design in accordance with § 51, Annex 14 HOAI 2021 and, as special services, the evidence for structural fire protection and the inspection and acceptance of the reinforcements. For the interim solution in the form of a container school, the design of the foundation (additional service as a lump sum), and possibly also a foundation consultation, are to be commissioned. Should further partial services of the performance spectrum of § 51 HOAI be required, which is not foreseeable at present, these are to be offered optionally.
