Dalkia has been awarded a public service delegation (PSD) contract for the financing, design, implementation and operation of a heat and cool network for the city of Avignon. This contract is managed by Dalkia, which is responsible for this PSD and will ultimately supply: - Heat for heating and domestic hot water (DHW); - Cooling for businesses; - Public services and housing; - Cooling for housing that would not have access to the cooling network. The project will include: - The creation of a biomass plant and a hybrid plant valorising the heat of treated waters and geothermal energy; - The creation of new network infrastructure. On existing equipment: - Complete renovation of the networks; - Renovation of the boilers; - And finally, the creation of a high-performance biomass plant, designed to sustainably supply the heat networks. This consultation concerns the Design, Construction, Delivery and On-Site Installation of two 9 MW biomass boilers and their ancillary equipment.
