Poland – Laboratory reagents – Dostawa odczynników wraz z dzierżawą zintegrowanych analizatorów systemu biochemiczno-immunologicznego dla potrzeb CLA w Szpitalu Wielospecjalistycznym im dr. Ludwika Błażka w Inowrocławiu

The subject of the contract is the Supply of reagents along with the lease of integrated analysers of the biochemical-immunological system for the needs of CLA 2. Description of the conditions of the procedure: a) Contract for a period of 36 months b) use of equipment in the form of a lease c) two devices, i.e. main and spare, compatible with reagents along with two water purification stations d) year of manufacture of the devices no later than 2021 e) supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and materials from the supplier of the devices. f) integrated device, i.e. in the form of the Platform 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract are Annexes no. 2 to 2H to SWZ. 4. The contractor is obligated to execute the contract on the principles and conditions described in the contract templates constituting Annexes no. 5 and 6 to SWZ. 5. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Codes: 33696500-0 – laboratory reagents; 38434000-6 – analysers. 6. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial tenders. The quantities given in Annexes no. 2C, 2D regarding reagents constitute the estimated annual consumption and may be reduced by up to 20% of the unused quantity, not constituting an obligation of the contracting authority to fully realise it, nor a basis for claims by the contractor for compensation for the non-utilisation of the maximum value of the contract. a) The contracting authority may change the quantities of individual assortments within the contract value. b) The contract execution period specified as 36 months may be extended by the contracting authority in the event that the contracting authority has not utilised the quantity of the assortment specified in the subject of the contract. c) The offered products must have the required certificates of approval for use in public health services, if applicable. 7. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of variant tenders. 8. The delivery deadline for the integrated biochemical-immunological system is a maximum of 21 working days. 9. The execution deadline for the current contract – a maximum of 7 days from the date of the contract placement. Urgent orders to be executed within a maximum of 72 hours. 10. Warranty and guarantee a. Required validity period of the subject of the contract (reagents) – min. 2/3 of the period specified on the packaging by the manufacturer. b. Required warranty period for the completed subject of the contract – 24 months. 11. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of works related to the subject of the contract.
