Poland – Engineering design services – „Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania pn.: „Dojazd do działek budowlanych w rejonie ulicy Odrowców” wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego (jako opcja)”

Execution of design and cost documentation for the task entitled: „Access to building plots in the area of Odrowców Street” along with the performance of author's supervision (as an option). The implementation of the contract, which is the subject of the Agreement, aims to: - prepare the task for implementation; - ensure design and cost documentation along with obtaining the necessary implementation decisions enabling the selection of the contractor for construction works in a procedure consistent with Public Procurement Law, including the submission of the construction works to the appropriate authority and obtaining a certificate of no objection/building permit. The implementation of the contract, which is the subject of the Agreement, also includes the performance of author's supervision activities during the implementation of the task (construction works) – Right of Option. 2. The detailed scope of work and requirements for their implementation are described in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 6 „Contract Template”, Annex No. 6.1 „Description of the Subject of the Contract”, Annex No. 6.1a – Map with the scope of roads to be designed, Annex No. 6.1b – Street Concept for the area located in the area of Grunwaldzka and Nowokarsiborska Streets in Świnoujście.
