Delivery of medicinal products, paid for by the NHIF under the terms of Article 7 of ORDER № 2 of 27 March 2019, for separate positions: Lot 1: Delivery of the medicinal product Cerliponase alfa Lot 2: Delivery of the medicinal product Vosoritide 0.4 mg Lot 3: Delivery of the medicinal product Vosoritide 0.56 mg Lot 4: Delivery of the medicinal product Vosoritide 1.2 mg Source of funding: For the delivery of the medicinal products, the Contracting Authority will use funds from the NHIF, pursuant to the Order for approval of the payment of services under Article 7 of ORDER № 2 of 27 March 2019 for medical and other services under Article 82, paragraph 1a and 3 of the Health Act and the procedure and conditions for their approval, use and payment, issued for a specific patient. Offers are opened, evaluated and reviewed under Article 104, paragraph 2 of the PPA through the Electronic Platform, with the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants being carried out before the examination of the documents for compliance with the selection criteria.
