France – Construction work – RENOVATION ET AMENAGEMENT DU PAVILLON N°26 DU SITE DE BELLEVUE – PSYCHIATRIE AMBULATOIRE

Renovation and refurbishment of Pavilion No. 26 of the Bellevue site - Ambulatory Psychiatry

The present contract concerns the renovation and refurbishment of Pavilion No. 26 of the Bellevue site, dedicated to Ambulatory Psychiatry.

The works will include the following:

1. Demolition and removal of existing structures and materials

2. Installation of new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

3. Renovation of interior spaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings

4. Installation of new furniture and equipment

5. Renovation of exterior spaces, including landscaping and paving

6. Installation of new security and safety systems

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the works, the price, and the deadline for completion.
