Poland – Fuels – „SUKCESYWNA DOSTAWA PALIW PŁYNNYCH ON POPRZEZ TANKOWANIE PALIWA DO POJAZDÓW (W TYM SPECJALISTYCZNYCH O WYS DO 4,0 M) ORAZ BENZYNY PB 98 / PB 95 DO SPRZĘTU OGRODNICZEGO I INNYCH SPRZĘTÓW I POJAZDÓW URBIS SP Z O.O.”

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of liquid fuels ON through fuel tanking to vehicles (including specialist vehicles with a height of up to 4.0 m) and petrol PB98/PB95 to gardening equipment and other equipment and vehicles of URBIS Sp. z o.o. in the average annual quantity of:

a) Diesel (ON) 271 600 litres;

b) Petrol PB98 – 1 500 litres

c) Petrol PB95 – 1 300 litres

The fuels sold by the Supplier as part of this procedure must meet the quality requirements according to the applicable standards in this field, including PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228 and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018 as amended).

The above-mentioned quantities of fuels should be treated as estimated. The Buyer reserves the right not to use the entire subject of the contract during the validity of the contract, if its actual needs are lower than the ordered. In such a case, the Supplier will be entitled to remuneration resulting from the actual quantity of fuel.

The Supplier will guarantee the continuity of deliveries and the high quality of the delivered fuels in accordance with the applicable regulations and quality standards throughout the contract period. The diesel, which is the subject of this tender procedure, should be characterized by the following quality parameters:

The purchase and tanking of fuel will take place on the basis of ad hoc, cashless tanking of vehicles/containers (cans) at the chosen station of the Supplier. Settlement for the sold fuel will be made by VAT invoices twice a month. The first settlement period will last from 1 to 15 of the month, and the second from 16 to the last day of the month. The date of sale is considered to be the last day of the given settlement period. Invoices are payable within 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. The Supplier will keep records of the fuel issued in the form of summaries.

Contract performance conditions:

• The fuel station is located in the city of Gniezno.

• Cashless tanking

• The station must have monitoring with the possibility of obtaining a recording from cameras for a period of 14 days back

• Tanking of vehicles/containers (cans) in an electronic identification system without the intermediation of station employees or using electronic fuel cards issued by the Supplier, as a tool for cashless registration of the Buyer's transactions.

• The Supplier will provide the Buyer (1-5 times during the contract period) with a distributor for 3h for the purpose of calibrating the fuel probe in the vehicle tanks for the Buyer's internal needs (GPS), upon prior notification by the Buyer with a 2-day notice.

• The Supplier will transfer documents confirming the fuel drawdown (summary in tabular form) or enable electronic access to the Buyer's database twice a month.
