France – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – ESTER - Saint Nazaire – Récupération de chaleur sur les eaux épurées de la station d’épuration des Ecossièrnes

Dalkia, through its dedicated company ESTER, is the new public service delegate for the creation and operation of the Saint-Nazaire agglomeration's heat network for a period of 30 years. Ultimately, by 2029, more than 110 subscribers will be connected to the heat network via 37 km of network. One of the main production methods, related to this contract, is a heat pump that will recover residual heat from the treated waters of the Ecossièrnes wastewater treatment plant (STEP). This contract concerns the following works:

- Chemin de la Moissonnerie:

- Construction of a pumping station (including its equipment: trap, ladder, pumps)

- Implementation of two taps on the PEHD discharge main of the Ecossièrnes STEP in Saint-Nazaire

- Construction of an electrical cabinet base

- Construction of trenches for laying TPC ducts for the electrical connection of the pumping station

- Rue des Bouleaux:

- Construction of a platform at an existing boiler room (Bouletterie) for the installation of a heat pump shelter

- Construction of underground networks (RCU + Electricity + AEP) for the connection of the PAC unit
