France – Natural gas – Accord-cadre multi-attributaires pour la fourniture et l’acheminement de gaz naturel et services associés sur le périmètre de la région Bourgogne Franche-Comté

This tender procedure concerns the award, on behalf of the purchasing group, of a multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the transport and supply of natural gas and related services to supply the delivery points of the group members. The framework agreement covers the following services: - The complete supply of natural gas to the delivery points covered by the framework agreement; - Access to and use of the public distribution network for the delivery points covered by the framework agreement, within the framework of a single contract; - The related services defined in the Particular Conditions of Contract (CCP).
