The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties located in the City of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Gorlice, and the organization of a Stationary Point for Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Gorlice and providing services for accepting and managing waste there. Services related to collecting and accepting municipal waste and managing it will be provided to owners of residential and non-residential properties in the City of Gorlice - in accordance with the Resolution of the City Council of Gorlice on the detailed manner and scope of providing services related to collecting municipal waste from property owners in the City of Gorlice and managing these wastes, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owners for managing municipal waste. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the Contractor is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (“DSC”) along with the following annexes to it: 1. List of serviced residential buildings and Allotment Gardens; 2. List of serviced commercial points; 3. List of serviced companies, institutions and other objects; 4. List of locations of serviced containers owned by the Contracting Authority; 5. List of locations of 1100l containers for segregated waste and 120l containers for BIO waste, owned by the Contracting Authority; 6. Weight report; 7. Confirmation of municipal waste acceptance; 8. Settlement document; 9. Waste removal schedule; 10. Template description of plastic bags for waste collection; 11. Monthly summary of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK and Annex No. 2 to SWZ Draft contract terms – contract template. 1.3. The estimated amount of municipal waste collected from property owners and accepted at PSZOK during the contract period in the City will be approx. 8 714,50 Mg (including 5 075,00 Mg of waste with code 20 03 01; 1 339,00 Mg of paper and cardboard, glass, plastic, multi-material packaging and metal waste; 1 554,00 Mg of bio-waste; 524,00 Mg of bulky waste and 222,50 Mg of other waste). 1.4. Waste is collected: from residents of approx. 180 multi-family buildings and approx. 3 176 single-family buildings, including from approx. 15 containers with a capacity of 10 m3, of which 5 are owned by the Contracting Authority and the remaining quantity is owned by the property owners, designated for the collection of waste with code 20 03 01, from approx. 772 commercial points along with companies and institutions, from 9 Allotment Gardens, from the City's containers specified in Annex No. 4 to the DSC, from approx. 249 units of 1,1 m3 containers designated for the selective collection of paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard, glass waste, including packaging waste from glass, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including packaging waste from plastics, and multi-material packaging waste, from 37 units of 120l containers for bio-waste.
