Romania – Buildings of particular historical or architectural interest – Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții: "DEZVOLTARE URBANĂ INTEGRATĂ A PATRIMONIULUI SUPRATERAN ȘI SUBTERAN DIN CENTRUL ISTORIC AL MUNICIPIULUI BOTOȘANI, CASA ANKELE – PIATA 1 DECEMBRIE", cod SMIS 355824 proiect finanțat prin Programul Regional Nord Est 2021-2027

The Municipality of Botoșani has signed with the Management Authority for the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, Priority 7 – North-East – A More Attractive Region, SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE RSO5.1. Promoting integrated and inclusive development in the social, economic and environmental fields, as well as culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and safety in urban areas, within the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, contract no. 947/20.04.2026. The contract, initiated by the Municipality of Botoșani, is funded from the local budget and from the Financing Contract no. 947/20.04.2026, for the implementation of works for consolidation, architectural rehabilitation and restoration of buildings, the historic monument (statue group), tunnel, 1 December Square. The project proposes the execution of works on five objectives, namely on the historic monument building „Casa Ankele” (obj. 1); on an underground tunnel starting from the basement of Casa Ankele (obj. 2) which will take on a new function as art galleries and will divert the flow of tourists to the ground floor of a building also proposed to be rehabilitated (obj. 3); on the historic monument, „Monumentul Eroilor din Primul Război Mondial” (Obj. 4), as well as actions for urban revitalisation and regeneration of 1 December 1918 Square (Obj. 5), in accordance with the technical and economic documentation (DTAC phases, Technical Project and Execution Details, task books by specialities, as well as the technical and economic indicators of the investment), drawn up by SC ACICAD NEW EXPERT SRL, Project no. 2/2025, approved by H.C.L. no. 58/04.03.2026, for the exploitation of the existing tourist, cultural and creative potential in the Historic Centre. The works necessary for the achievement of this investment objective will be executed on the basis of the Building Permit no. 160/30.07.2025 as well as the technical and economic documentation (DTAC phases, Technical Project and Execution Details, task books by specialities, as well as the technical and economic indicators of the investment), drawn up by S.C. Acicad New Expert S.R.L., project no. 2/2025, approved by HCL no. 58/04.03.2026 and verified, in accordance with the law, in accordance with the legislation in force regarding quality in construction, made available by the contracting authority. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed to the contracting authority within the time limit from point I.3, the deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
