The successful tenderer must provide a replacement for the 1 Biatorbágyi Wastewater Treatment Plant 1 HYSEP MD 43 C/2 (Hysep) type centrifuge with a newly manufactured machine. The subject of the procurement is the delivery, installation (and, if necessary for the integration of the proposed equipment, the completion of technological, electrical, and structural (static) modifications), integration into the Plant's electrical system, commissioning, and trial operation of 1 HAUS DDE 3542 type or equivalent centrifuge, as well as the training of the operating personnel. The procurer wishes to procure an equipment that fits with the existing machinery park, and is technologically and operationally harmonised with it. The reference to the HAUS DDE 3542 type is made solely to precisely define the desired technical performance level and system integration requirements. The procurer also accepts equipment with equivalent technical parameters, provided that these can be integrated into the existing technological environment, do not adversely affect the existing sludge dewatering technological units, and the tenderer demonstrates technical equivalence in their tender. The parameters to be examined regarding equivalence are included in the technical parameter data sheet. The task includes the delivery and installation of the new equipment, if necessary, together with the related architectural and electrical tasks, therefore the procured and installed equipment, technological unit must be integrated into the Plant's electrical system. If necessary for the installation of the proposed equipment, the successful tenderer is responsible for completing the technological, electrical, and structural (static) modifications, which must be included in the tender price, constituting the 1. evaluation criterion, the tender price. The procurer requests design documentation for the necessary modifications before the execution of these works. The execution of the works can only begin and be carried out based on the designs approved by the procurer. Details are contained in the Procurement Documents. BT-67(b) field (III.3) Exclusion grounds - purely national exclusion grounds) continuation: Based on the Kbt. 69. § (11a) provision, AT may declare to AK that it has already submitted proof in the EKR electronically in a previous procurement procedure. AK draws AT's attention to the provisions of Kbt. 62. § (7) and Kr. 18. §. The tender must include a declaration from AT regarding any ongoing change of registration procedure, even if the content is neutral (by completing the EKR form). In the case of an ongoing change of registration procedure, AT must attach to the tender the change of registration application submitted to the company registrar and the confirmation sent by the company registrar upon receipt of it. The procurer refers to 321/2015. Korm. rendelet 15/A. § and 1. § (7) provision. Based on 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 12. §, the procurer accepts the fact of the qualified tenderers' appearance on the official register regarding the prescribed exclusion grounds. In cases where the official register of qualified tenderers defined in 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 27. § proves that the economic operator does not fall under any exclusion ground, the procurer also accepts the fact of the appearance on the electronically accessible official register of qualified tenderers.
