The contract subject to this tender concerns civil engineering services, project management, and all specialized engineering services necessary to carry out the project for the development of the North Technical Zone according to the current program configuration. The services concern the SIA phases from 3.1 to 5.3, including the peripheral road. The tender objects are:

* Study and supervision of the civil engineering studies for the North Area Viability Project. This project includes, in particular, the North Area service road and technical networks (EU, EC, elec., etc.).

* Study and supervision of the peripheral road widening project

* Study and supervision of soil decontamination

* Study and supervision of water management

* Study and supervision of building demolition, as well as supervision of building decontamination

* Study and supervision of external arrangements

* Coordination of the projects of the present mandate and the mandate of the buildings group of mandataries, installation plans, phasing, accessibility

* Study and implementation of the mobility and accessibility concept during the works and upon commissioning (parking, TIM, two-wheelers, etc.)
