Description

The works consist of constructing a Drinking Water Treatment Unit (UTEP) to ensure the sustainable use of the groundwater resources in the East of Saint Denis, and, in parallel, it is necessary to reorganise the supply networks and renovate the capture works. The East of Saint Denis has 3 groundwater resources. These works, located in the Chaudron and ZEC sectors, represent approximately 30% of the total production of the commune's water needs and are essential for supply. The exploitation of this resource is indispensable but also problematic. The qualitative monitoring of the Chaudron well, ZEC well and borehole shows a vulnerability of the resource as well as a tendency to degrade the quality of the water, notably on the turbidity parameters. The overall operation of constructing the UTEP of the Technopole is broken down into three work contracts: - LOT n°1: Construction of the Technopole drinking water treatment unit. - LOT n°2: Reconfiguration of the supplies from the eastern resources. - LOT n°3: Improvement of the raw water capture works and treated water pumping.
