The subject of the contract is the provision of a combined natural gas supply to the points of delivery for the City of Liptovský Mikuláš and its organisations within the scope of the provider's activities, including the assumption of responsibility for the deviation, including storage, structuring, transport, distribution and consumption tax in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the operator of the distribution network, while complying with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operational rules of the operator of the distribution network from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with the option to extend for a further 12 months until 31.12.2028.
