The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the water supply system, including water supply connections, the reconstruction of the unified sewerage system, including sewer connections, and the construction of a new stormwater drainage system with retention tanks and stormwater connections, all on Masaryk Square in Jihlava. The subject of the public contract is further specified in the commercial and payment conditions (Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation), the project documentation and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities (hereinafter referred to as the "list of works") (Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation).
