Upon execution of the contract, a new building is to be designed, supervised and constructed adjacent to the existing Revenue Building, located in Russe, UPI I-671, area 88, CGP, according to the plan of the city of Russe, pl. "Svoboda" No. 4. The building will be situated in close proximity to pl. "Svoboda", behind the Revenue Building, on a land parcel with identifier 63427.2.5767 according to the Cadastral Map of Russe, UPI I-671, area 88, CGP, according to the plan of the city of Russe, pl. "Svoboda" No. 4. The land parcel with identifier 63427.2.5767 according to the Cadastral Map of Russe has an area of 6,082 sq.m. The new building adjacent to the existing Revenue Building will have a facade facing two streets – one is the main pedestrian street of the city – ul. "Aleksandrovska", and the other is ul. "Cherno More". The design solution will provide a main pedestrian access from ul. "Aleksandrovska", and a service and utility access from ul. "Cherno More". The existing access to the underground levels of the car park is to be preserved. At present, the "Execution of the zero cycle of the object "Theatrical Complex" – Stage III" has been completed. The object started with Building Permit No. 166-A1/09.11.1982, followed by remarks under art. 154, para. 5 of the SPA, Decision for correction of factual error and orders for supplementing the building permit. The object is of I category according to art. 137, para. 1, item 1 of the SPA. The public procurement includes three activities: Activity 1 – design - preparation of an investment technical project; Activity 2 – execution of construction and installation works, in accordance with the requirements of art. 163 and subsequent articles of the SPA; Activity 3 – exercise of author's supervision during the construction.
