The subject of this public procurement is to ensure the possibility of urgent and immediate (subject to agreed terms) assignment of the execution of repair and restoration activities to remove hazards to traffic caused by damage to the road surface, in order to ensure the roads on the territory of the Municipality of Sliven are reliable, safe, and secure for year-round traffic. The repair activities will be carried out on road sections of the municipal road network on the territory of the Municipality of Sliven. The contracting authority requires that the proposed unit prices without VAT from the Participants, for the types of activities, for the public procurement, do not exceed the maximum unit prices without VAT specified in the documentation.
