Poland – Gravel, sand, crushed stone and aggregates – Sukcesywne dostawy kruszywa (pospółka)

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aggregate - crushed stone of 0/16 mm fraction. Purpose: improved subbase layer 5 000,00 tonnes. Requirements WT – 4. By the term "requirement WT - 4" the Purchaser understands that the delivered aggregates should meet the quality and technical requirements listed in Table 6 in document WT – 4, which is Annex No. 3 to the Order No. 102 of the General Director of National Roads and Motorways of 19.11.2010, regarding the application of technical requirements on national roads. The Purchaser requires that the delivery of aggregates be carried out successively upon notification of demand with indication of location, quantity, and frequency of deliveries during the day, from 7:00 – 17:00 with a minimum of 3 days' notice (3 working days). Due to the possibility of restrictions on the load-bearing capacity of public and forest roads (including DMC), obtaining all relevant permits for transit from the road manager in full lies with the Contractor and is at their expense. Due to the limited maneuvering space and the specificity of the terrain of forest road construction, the unloading of the delivered material will take place at the location indicated by the Purchaser's representative directly onto the road under construction. The Purchaser reserves the right to control the weighing of the delivered material on a randomly selected vehicle scale with valid legalization. The cost of the weight verification is borne by the Contractor in the event of underweight being found. In order to ensure proper quality, the Contractor undertakes to provide, upon each request of the Purchaser (during the execution of the order), current declarations of conformity or declarations of usability for the delivered aggregates. Before the start of deliveries, a sample batch of material must be delivered. The place of successive delivery of the subject of the order is the area of Forest Districts within the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin (according to the detailed indication in the partial requests).
