The subject of this contract is the Delivery of medical products for the Vascular Surgery Department (packages 1-12, 14-16); Neurosurgical Department - X-ray Diagnostic Laboratory 2 (package 13); Cardiology Department (packages 17-23) divided into 23 packages. Additionally, for packages 17, 18 and 20, the lease of systems enabling the use of the ordered assortment is required. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 Price List and, in the case of packages: a. 17, 18 and 20, Annexes 2.17, 2.18 and 2.20 specifying the minimum required parameters of the leased equipment b. 20, 21, 22, 23 Annexes No. 2.20, 2.21, 2.22, 2.23 Required boundary parameters of the subject of the contract.
