Poland – Wastewater treatment plant construction work – Budowa węzła odbioru ścieków mleczarskich na Oczyszczalni Ścieków Tychy-Urbanowice

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation enabling the implementation of the investment task entitled „Construction of a dairy wastewater reception node at the Tychy-Urbanowice Wastewater Treatment Plant” (including the transfer to the Contracting Authority of the property rights to this design documentation, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the construction works, and providing authorial supervision over the works) and the implementation of the investment task on this basis. The description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) and the manner of its implementation is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (Functional-User Programme) and in the essential provisions of the contract (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ).
