Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – öTW_Architektur_Bad Soden-Salmünster, Spessart Therme, 6196-25

The City of Bad Soden-Salmünster plans the partial demolition with subsequent reconstruction and comprehensive renovation of the existing Spessart Therme Bad Soden - Salmünster. The Spessart Therme is a facility that has had its functions expanded and adapted to requirements since the 1970s. Almost all areas of the spa, with the exception of the 25-meter swimming pool, are in need of renovation or no longer meet today's expected standards. The management of the spa has decided on a partial new construction of the spa and fundamental renovations of the remaining areas, including the brine well facilities. The outdoor facilities are also to be redesigned. The total construction costs for the project (KGR 300-600) are estimated at approximately 29 million EUR net. Completion is planned by the end of 2030. Services of building and interior design according to § 34 Abs. 4 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10.1 HOAI, services of landscape design according to § 39 Abs. 4 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11.1 HOAI as well as further special services are to be procured.
