Slovakia – Natural gas – Dodávka plynu pre rok 2027

The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas, together with distribution and transport services related to the purchase and delivery of natural gas for the consumption points of the city of Vranov nad Topľou, as well as the consumption points within the scope of the operator's activities from 01.03.2027 00:00:00 to 31.12.2027 24:00:00, including the transfer of responsibility for any deviation to the supplier, in a quality that meets the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operational rules of the distribution network operator to the consumption points of the contracting authority. The supply of gas, along with distribution and transport services, must be ensured in accordance with Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and on the Amendment and Supplement to Certain Acts, as amended by later regulations, and in accordance with Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on Regulation in Network Industries, as amended by later regulations.
