A two-storey new build without a basement will be created on the existing upper schoolyard of the school site for the rooms of the FGTS. The new build and the old build are not structurally connected to each other. The new build forms an autonomous separate building structure on the former schoolyard. The building will be equipped with a lift for barrier-free access. The building is designed for 8 care groups, which will be accommodated on the 1st floor. The ground floor will accommodate the special functions. Facing the schoolyard are the dining hall with 100 seats, the serving kitchen, and the foyer including cloakrooms. The staff area is planned in the angled section of the building. The construction site can be accessed via a new fire department access road. The fire department access road branches off from the street "Im Pulath" onto the school grounds before the school building. The construction measure will be carried out during ongoing school operations.
