Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung ALG 4, 5 und 6, gem. §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, stufenweise Beauftragung

The subject of the contract are services for Technical Equipment ALG 4, 5 and 6 (ELT) according to §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9 with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned as required.------Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH plans the construction of the new building "Construction Section 1 Northwest Extension" at the Klinik Immenstadt site.------Klinik Immenstadt is a hospital of the Klinikverbund Allgäu.------The Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH has an additional space requirement at the Immenstadt site due to the increase in beds to 230, decided by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care in May 2026, and the creation of currently missing ancillary rooms. The construction project is designated as "Construction Section 1 Northwest Extension".------The new building with a usable area of approx. 3,921 m² according to the target plan comprises four storeys with: - Basement: Technology, changing rooms - Ground floor: Doctors' offices, U+B rooms, chaplaincy, social services, quiet room - 1st floor: Highcare ward - 2nd floor: Doctors' offices, administration, meeting rooms, archive - 3rd floor: Nursing station, private patient services. The roof area is planned for a technical centre (e.g. ventilation centre) and a PV system.------Demolition work, utility adjustments and pipe laying in the construction site area or the adjacent pavement are also required for site clearance. The client is currently obtaining up-to-date utility plans.------The implementation for site clearance, demolition of the chapel, construction of the new building, renovation of the existing structure and creation of the necessary connections to the building complex will be carried out in several construction phases.------Relocation of the oxygen tank is necessary; the northern part of the property in front of the access road to the GZI car park is favoured as the new location.------The excavation base will be below the average groundwater level; thus, according to current knowledge, sheet piling for the excavation pit will be required, which will be integrated into the clay layers.------A building site expert will be commissioned shortly for the further planning steps of the structural design.------In addition to the new building, a renovation of the existing structure in the form of an extension of the Central Emergency Department (creation of monitoring places, previously changing rooms) in the basement is planned (see plan). During the construction phase, access to the Central Emergency Department must be possible at all times.------The enclosed room and functional programme has been approved by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care. Funding will be applied for according to Art. 11 BayKrG. The funding conditions (e.g. schedule, procurement requirements, requirements for funding application documents) must be strictly observed during project implementation.------The disciplines commissioned in June 2026 for the preparation of the funding application are considered to be pre-involved applicants. The existing planning documents will be made available to all participants with the tender documents (see 5.1.11) to bring all bidders to the same level of information.------Timeline: The award negotiation is scheduled to take place in mid-November 2026. The award of the contract and the immediate subsequent project start is planned for the end of 2026/beginning of 2027. The construction of the new building is planned for Q3/2028 to Q4/2030.------Note: The project meetings will be held in German.
