The beneficiary wishes to implement a digital news production system that ensures a unified, integrated, and efficient workflow for all stages of the editorial and technical process. The offered solution will be implemented as a unified system composed of a set of integrated hardware and software components, ensuring complete interoperability between all components and full compliance with the functional, technical, and integration requirements set out in the present Terms of Reference. The new system will integrate with the beneficiary's existing infrastructure, including, but not limited to: • the XenData archiving system; • the LTO Quantum Scalar i6 library; • the Active Directory / LDAP infrastructure; • the existing network infrastructure; • the web and online platforms used by the beneficiary; • the existing SDI/IP infrastructure used in production and transmission flows. Regardless of the proposed architecture, the bidder is obligated to ensure the unified and uninterrupted operation of the entire system, without operational discontinuities, without additional manual interventions between components, and without affecting production, editing, broadcasting, web publishing, and archiving workflows. Manual interventions refer to any technical operations performed by the user to synchronize, update, transfer, or propagate information between the integrated Modules, including manual export/import, reloading, republishing, reactualization/refresh, or manual re-entry of data. All components included in the offered solution must be in the current, new, and unused version (where applicable), in current production, and under official support from the manufacturer, and must not be declared End of Sale (EoS), End of Support (EoSUP), End of Maintenance (EoM), or End of Life (EoL) at the date of tender submission or at the date of delivery. The digital production system must provide a complete set of integrated functionalities necessary for the news production workflow. The offered solution will include, but not be limited to, the following functional components: A. Media Asset Management (MAM) Module B. Ingest Module C. File Processing (Transcoding) Module D. Newsroom Computer System (NRCS) Module E. Integration with Non-Linear Editing (NLE) System F. Playout, automation, and broadcast control module G. News broadcast graphics module H. Production Storage System I. Web Publishing Module J. Documentation and archiving functionalities K. Artificial intelligence functionalities L. Cybersecurity functionalities and mechanisms.
