Description

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) establishment for the production of branded, promotional products in 3 categories. The purpose of establishing the DPS is to utilise the opportunities offered by the DPS for ordering promotional products. The validity period of the DPS, once established, will be a definite period from the date of establishment of the DPS until 31.12.2026. This call for tenders contains a detailed description of the requirements and quality requirements for certain categories (sections) specified in point II.2.4, which are included in the "Technical Specification" forming part of the Procurement Documents (PD). The estimated total quantity (framework amount) of the DPS to be ordered by the contracting authority during the DPS operation period (from the establishment of the DPS until 31.12.2026) is 202,786,500 HUF, the largest order unit and the estimated total quantity for each category are indicated for the given category. The contracting authority also draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not create a call-off obligation for it, and as a result, it does not undertake an obligation to carry out procurements in the indicated amount, and the actual value of the procurements implemented in the tendering phases may exceed the estimated quantity. Within the framework of the DPS, the contracting authority wishes to procure the following products and related services defined in three categories:

Category 1. Branded clothing items

The service includes the procurement of clothing, graphic design for branding, branding, packaging and delivery to the Budapest site. The clothing required by the contracting authority is typically cotton-based, high-quality, branded, screen-printed or embroidered, single-colour outerwear (T-shirt, polo shirt, sweater) and baseball cap in sizes XS-XXXL. The contracting authority will define the exact names, parameters and quantity per order of the products that can be called off in an individual order in the tendering phase. The highest value and quantity order to be ordered at once: 6,5 million HUF/1000 pcs branded clothing items (T-shirt and/or polo shirt and/or sweater and/or baseball cap).

Category 2. Branded office supplies

The service includes the procurement of office supplies, graphic design for branding, branding, packaging and delivery to the Budapest site. The office supplies required by the contracting authority are typically plastic and paper-based, high-quality, branded, two-colour, screen-printed, single-colour office items (pen, notebook, notepad, folder with tabs). The contracting authority will define the exact names, parameters and quantity per order of the products that can be called off in an individual order in the tendering phase. The highest value and quantity order to be ordered at once: 3,9 million HUF/3000 pcs branded office supplies (pen and/or notebook and/or notepad and/or folder with tabs).

Category 3. Other branded promotional items

The service includes the procurement of other items, graphic design for branding, branding, packaging and delivery to the Budapest site. The other category items required by the contracting authority are typically made of plastic, metal, ceramic and textile, high-quality, branded, two-colour, screen-printed, single-colour items (metal key ring, mug, pendrive, lanyard, badge). The contracting authority will define the exact names, parameters and quantity per order of the products that can be called off in an individual order in the tendering phase. The highest value and quantity order to be ordered at once: 1,764 million HUF/700 pcs branded advertising/gift items (metal key ring and/or mug and/or pendrive and/or lanyard and/or badge).
