The subject of the contract to be awarded is engineering services in the field of ELT technology for technical external sites of the General Administration of the Max Planck Society. The contract will be concluded as a framework agreement pursuant to § 21 VgV. The subject of the procurement procedure comprises the engineering services to be provided as so-called "Technical External Site" in the field of ELT technology within the scope of ongoing building maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical building equipment and systems in accordance with the provided draft contract.
