The subject of the contract is the supply of 3 ultrasound machines with linear probes, along with the necessary equipment and accessories, for the Lower Silesian Centre of Pulmonology, Oncology and Hematology in Wrocław. The task/procedure is co-financed from the state budget from the Medical Fund and from the Budget of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The exclusion grounds, conditions of participation in the procedure, and the description of the method of assessing compliance with these conditions are detailed in Section 5 of the SWZ.
