The subject of the procurement is the provision of the “personal insurance – car drivers” service, necessary for the transport of personnel to ensure the proper performance of the specific activities of the departments/directorates within the Municipality of Constanța and a better management of the use of vehicles and fuel consumption necessary for their operation. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
