The subject of the public contract is the preparation of demolition works documentation, including the engineering activities necessary to obtain the demolition permit, technical studies, the negotiation of the solution documentation for the purpose of the intention permit (DPZ) and the preparation of the project documentation for the construction implementation, including the individual opinions in the documentation part with the affected bodies and institutions, both during its preparation and after the completion of the final version and its approval by the manager and the contracting authority, and that in the scope of the 1st stage of the construction, from Přemyslova street to Husovo nám. The fulfillment includes, among other things, the preparation of the demolition project of the existing houses along the eastern edge of the street between Přemyslova and Kollárova streets, including the securing of the demolition permit. The expected scope and location are derived from the study "Propojení Kotkova – Korandova" from 06/2024, prepared by the Department of Concept and Development of the City of Plzeň. The aim of the building modifications in Kotkova – Korandova streets is to propose a traffic connection that would transfer part of the traffic from Klatovská třída, as envisaged by the measure "C3 Zklidnění Klatovské, propojení Kotkova – Korandova", which is part of the conceptual document "Revitalizace centrální oblasti" (ÚKRMP, 05/2021). In the current building arrangement, this transfer of traffic load in the north-south axis is not possible. The aim is also to increase safety and comfort for pedestrians and cyclists, improve conditions for their movement and the overall revitalisation of the subject streets, including the replacement and supplementation of missing engineering networks, including the preparation for the traction line of trolleybuses.
