Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rahmenvereinbarung - Externe Unterstützung für IT-Projekte im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr und Abwicklungssysteme

The Deutsche Bundesbank (Contracting Authority) intends to conclude three framework agreements for consulting and support services for the maintenance, stabilisation and further technical and professional development of IT applications in the General Directorate „Payments and Settlement Systems“. Excluded from this are consulting and support services for the area of Market Infrastructure Services. The aim of the provision of services is to ensure the proper, timely and quality-assured execution of projects, releases and maintenance measures and to enable a sustainable transfer into the internal company organisation. The services do not constitute employment contracting within the meaning of the AÜG. The consulting and support services are divided into three lots and are essentially required in the following areas:

• Lot 1: General project support for the handling of IT projects and maintenance measures in the area of payments and account management

• Lot 2: General testing support in the area of payments and account management

• Lot 3: Project and testing support in the ARENA project
