Supply of equipment necessary for the productive sections, vulcanisation, ITP: Car evacuation equipment, Tyre changer for military trucks, Truck wheel balancing machine, Car tyre changer, Gantry crane with hoist, Truck testing and diagnostic equipment, Hydraulic jack with simple operation, Rack and pinion jack with simple operation, Start and straightening robot divided into 9 lots, with delivery to locations: UM 02110 Bistrița, UM 01331 M Prundu Bargaului, UM 01110M Miercurea-Ciuc, UM 01107M Brașov, UM 01055 Dej and UM 01369 Cluj-Napoca. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161, para. (1) of Law 98/2016. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 12 days, in accordance with art. 160, para. (1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. After this deadline, the contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification received after the set deadline. The specifications regarding the required technical characteristics of the products are described in the Terms of Reference and the technical specifications of the products annexed to this notice. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
