Germany – Engineering-design services for traffic installations – 2026-53_B248_Grabow_Lüchow_Saaße_OP_VA_planungsbegl_Vermessung

The Lower Saxony State Office for Road Construction and Transport - Lüneburg Branch - intends to renew Federal Highway B 248 from Grabow via the Lüchow bypass to Saaße. The planning section is approximately 10 km long and includes sections 917, 935, 955 and 960. The planning subject matter includes in particular: - the renewal of the carriageway of the B 248 over a length of around 10 km. The type, depth and section-by-section delimitation of the necessary renewal - from the renewal of the asphalt wearing and binder course to the complete renewal of the asphalt superstructure including necessary load-bearing layers - are to be determined on the basis of the existing investigations, the planning-accompanying survey and the technical assessment of the contractor, justified in the expansion proposal and agreed with the client; - the accompanying cycle paths from the western roundabout in the direction of Grabow and from the eastern roundabout in the direction of Saaße, predominantly with surface course renewal and section-by-section fundamental renewal; - intersections and junctions basically up to the end of the respective rounding; - point repairs and adaptations of the existing drainage; - road markings, small signs, vehicle restraint systems, verges, side areas and other road equipment; - traffic facility-related services on existing bridge structures, in particular surfacing, channels and connections and transitions. Object and structural planning of the engineering structures are not the subject of this tender.
