Request prot. 52288 of 12.08.2025 for variation of maritime tourist concession ex n. 21/05-11/08-08/11 for a duration of 20 years, pursuant to Regional Law 4 November 2002, n° 33 “Consolidated text of regional laws on tourism” located in the Municipality of Chioggia – locality Sottomarina – area 05 of the PP Arenile, for the occupation of a tourist maritime demanial area of 15,825.23 sq.m. plus an expansion for replenishment of 2,350.00 sq.m. cadastrally identified at plot 25 parcels 14-15-16-130/p and 132/p for use cat. b) beach establishment with fixed structures attached S/4 Regional Law 33/02.
