The subject of the contract is the purchase of technical support for Fortinet devices and the service of support from the Contractor, in accordance with the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the Draft Contract Terms, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Buyer allows for equivalent solutions for the products indicated by the manufacturer's name. The requirements for equivalence are described in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Subject of the Contract - OPZ).
