The subject of the competition is the design of a new building for a children's hospice, which will expand the existing Hospic svatého Štěpána with a new service of health care relief in the field of pediatric palliative medicine. The purpose of the competition is to select and reward the most suitable design – a solution to the subject of the competition, which will meet the requirements of the contracting authority as set out in these competition terms and conditions and in the competition documents. The purpose of the competition is, by awarding prizes, to select participants with whom the contracting authority will, in accordance with § 143, paragraph 2 and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as “JŘBU”), negotiate without publication in a negotiation procedure to award a subsequent contract, as described in these conditions.
