Public contract for services to cover the statutory risks of SyAGE staff, including the following mandatory minimum guarantees: 1. Death 2. Long-term sickness and long-term illness, therapeutic part-time work, temporary incapacity, 3. Maternity (including pathological leave), paternity, childcare or adoption 4. Work-related accident or illness resulting from the performance of duties, therapeutic part-time work, unfitness due to the consequences of the accident or occupational disease. The insurer may offer additional services in their bid, such as the production of statistics, the ability to propose preventive actions, support for managing claims against third parties, etc. These services must be included in the premium offered in the tender. Two optional additional services are envisaged: therapeutic part-time work and birth leave. Variations are not allowed.
