Description

The contractor's task is to build the "C" marked sports hall under the property located at 2100 Gödöllő, Szabadság tér 9., hrsz. 401. Construction organisation: The construction traffic, the servicing of the investment, takes place from Kossuth u 5-7. Extension enclosed area: 33.50m x 30 m, gf+1st+attic. Built-up area: 1002.97 m2. Useable area: 1539.24 m2. Foundation: well foundations, with head beams. Superstructure: prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams, 30cm thick Silka HML 300 NF+GT lime-sand brick infill wall. Roof structure: 5.0 cm concrete walkway (40x40x5 cm), 1 ply 1.8 mm thick, mechanically fixed, UV- and weather-resistant (MSZ EN 13956), polyester reinforced, multilayer, special quality PVC waterproofing (e.g. SikaPlan G-18), laid loosely, with 5 cm overlaps, surface-continuously welded (at least 3 cm hot air) (white - RAL 9016), 1 ply 120 g/m2 surface mass plastic film separator layer, laid loosely with 15 cm overlaps (S-Glass Fleece 120), 8 cm inhomogeneous rock wool insulating board (Rockwool Durock), 18 cm homogeneous rock wool insulating board (Rockwool Roofrock 60), 1 ply 0.6 mm vtg. self-adhesive composite aluminium foil, vapour barrier, (e.g. RW Bautech Alutrix 600), 15.3 cm T153 galvanised steel trapezoidal sheet roofing (Structural Design), Rockwool SF 50 acoustic infill element statically dimensioned prefabricated reinforced concrete beam, 5 cm two-layer composite (rock wool core + /Heraklith/ fibreboard covering layer) acoustic ceiling cladding (Tektalan A2 037/ Claddings: Graboplast StrongAir sports parquet, multilayer parquet according to EN 13849, 5.2 mm thick hardwood wear layer, changing rooms, traffic: cold flooring. Exterior wall cladding: double standing seam 0.7 mm thick, coil coating coated aluminium sheet cladding (e.g. Prefalz system), corrugation distance: 600-150 mm, - RAL 7005 - light grey, 15 cm black glass fibre casing, fully cross-sectionally hydrophobised rock wool insulation, Matrix premium facade cladding. Mechanical engineering: Heating: Changing rooms: 2 x HOVAL Baleria (20) outdoor, HOVAL indoor heat pump - cooling - heating, split system, air-water heat pump (inverter), each 9kW, floor heating. Sports hall: 2 x Roof-top type compact air handling units, each with a delivered air volume: V=6000 m3/h, Dp st= 200 Pa, with heat recovery. Control automation connection to the control of the completed D building.
